Take a picture
On mobile, use your camera to snap a picture of an event poster, a business card, a restaurant menu—anything that contains information about an event. Add the image to the information you give Schedule Us, and it will use what it sees to create your calendar event.

Grab that conversation about lunch next week from WhatsApp or Messages, paste it into Schedule Us, and tell it to put the lunch in your calendar.
Images on your desktop
Image input works just as well on a desktop or laptop.
Drag an image from a folder or your desktop onto the Schedule Us window. Or copy an image from your photo library and paste it in.

The goal of Schedule Us, as you know, is to make it easy to get something into your calendar. But more often than not, the information about the meeting isn’t in your head. It’s something you receive from someone—a message, an email, a PDF.
It’s already easy to copy and paste the text into Schedule Us. But you know what’s even easier? Just take a picture, throw that at Schedule Us, and let it do the work.
Private and secure
Schedule Us is private and secure, and this applies to images just as it does to text input.
Images you include with your input are sent securely for processing and deleted after processing—even before your event is in your calendar.
