Add to calendar
When you click “Add to calendar”, Schedule Us downloads a meeting event file to your device. The file is an .ics file, a universal format for calendar and scheduling data that is compatible with any calendar software.
Mobile devices will open the .ics file automatically in your default calendar app. On desktop or laptop, the file goes to your “Downloads”, where you double-click it to open the meeting in your calendar.
